Here's an article and a video that I like a lot even though I can hardly figure out what they are saying (I'm hard of hearing). But I want to be there in that cafe.

That one looks mild to me, now from New Mexico, and delicious by definition, I'm naturally apt to like it a lot. It reminds me of a lot of my cooking, for better or worse.

This one doesn't, though I have learned to render lard from grocery store packages of pork for chicharrones (easy with a slow cooker).

It looks like the link will let me in, yay. I won't look at it now, busy following the vagaries of football and baseball (I left my A2k fantasy baseball pitcher on the bench and he won, mad at myself, and now George is far ahead of me in scoring).
