an industrial firm uses a systematic sampling to estimate the average amount of fill in 12-ounce bottle of vitamins coming off an assembly line. A random sample of 36 using a 1-in-50 systematic sample of the production in one day was obtained. Estimate the average amount of fill, m, and place a bound on the error of estimation. Assume N = 1800. n = 36. Sum of Yi = 430.04 and sum of Yi^2 = 5137.27.
