Good point. Tooling costs on a new engine block just for a carburetor would be huge.

Watch the thing. The guy is converting an existing car, but with major mods to cam timing. You'd be talking about a small to mid-sized car which actually got 200+ mpg with good performance, but you'd have to know what you were doing.
