Litho

I have a Litho that is titled in pencil " The Seasons Bounty" . It is quite lovely. I am unable to make out tbe artists signature, but it appears to be M. D. Bizete. It is in the right corner with Morris and Bendoin, Inc. N. Y. in the left corner. Could you possibly tell me something about the artist and if i am close to spelling it corrrectly. Does this litho have any value, should it be insured. I really love it. It is not dated but appear sto be quite old. Thank you.
