Suggestions for a good site to legitimately purchase music?

Unfortunately, I fell in love with a song that isn't available in my iTunes region. (This happens way more often than I'd like.) It has been released however, and I'd like to buy it online.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go about buying it?
(If it matters at all, the song is "Dear Angel" by April Sixth.)
