Is it true?---
The Ivy League, represented by Harvard, gives one third of its total enrollment to the offsprings of noble families. It reflects the injustice of the education in the United States.

Depends on what you mean by "noble". If you mean dukes and earls and the like, probably not.

If you merely mean the very wealthy, probably yes.

Because the IL universities are privately owned, they need the money to run them?
