should i get my ph level up before i dye my hair or after ?

help i been dying my hair pastel colors "lavender"mint green" and even a permanent brown. i leave them in for the correct amount of time. i had to have had my hair bleached so i think my PH level is off because the color only stays in for two days max its should be lasting at least 2 weeks idk please help !

How long have you been dyeing your hair? Do you give it some time in between dye jobs? I ask because a constant assault of chemicals is not a good idea.
