@shubham kumar,
Do you mean that if you permute the digits 3, 4, 5, and 6 to create 24 4-digit numbers, what is the sum of the 24 units digits?
Six of them (1/4) will be 3, six of them will be 4, six of them will be 5, and six of them will be 6.
