Many, many years ago when Queen Elizabeth II was entering Sydney Harbour aboard the Brittania, the 2UE radio announcer Garry O'Callaghan was describing the arrival scene.
In a very excited voice he said "and there goes the 21 Sun Galute" instead of the 21 Gun Salute.
