You might have to wait until he shows up again, but we have a competent geologist here who will probably be able to help you.

@shavosbeard,
Shav the last three are undoubtedly granite of one form or another. The first however needs expert appraisal. If specks flash it might contain mica but I'd bet as a whole it has a different name

One of our guys is really good at this sort of thing per S. above and doubtless we will soon hear from him

@shavosbeard,
The mysterious person is farmerman. I'll pm him, he might not have seen this.
Or, may be feeling un-rocky... which is un-likely.

that's as good as we can get from a picture. But its a metamorphic rock called "micaceous schist" It has a more exact and detailed id but that's something you can look up (type of mica, type of interstitial minerals , grain size etc)

2 is a granitoid, it may be a whole sort of granite like rocks depending on its mineral makeup and grain size. right now Id say DIORITE or
GRANODIORITE
All well rolled in a moving body of water. Probably cqme out of a cobble/gravel bed.

3nd 4 look similar except 4 looks like its got more pink feldspar. SO these could be "cousins" of granites called APLITE , or KALIALASKITE , ot it could be just a chunk from a mineral rich PEGMATITE VEIN.eg veins often carry gold. SO if you see metal flecks its a Pegmatite, if not, its the APLITe or ALASKITE possibilities (they are distant relatives of granites but I wouldn't worry about being more specific than a "form" pf a granite.
