Well, I read through your new song. It seems a little, um, dark and angry.

I agree littlek. I found the lyrics extremely troubling.

I couldn't find the lyrics. Don't know what I could be doing wrong.

That song was written for the people that i hate especially at school.....and my band is more of a Metal Band than rock...so the lyrics fit the metal style...i have more songs...ill post some more later

When I was young, heavy metal wasn't death metal. Death metal didn't really exist. Infected, do you listen to Black Sabbath? Even Iron Maiden isn't that deathish.

no i dont listen to Black Sabbath.......i listen to bands like Mushroomhead...mudvayne...slipknot....motograter....and bands like them

and to edgardlythe...i dont write songs that sound like a boy band AKA Good Charlotte...i write songs with REAL emotion...wat ever i feel i write

Infectedmike, I like your songs. You are displaying true, raw emotion, and it's good that you're shocking -- that's the point of rock-and-roll in all its evolutionary forms. True?

Also, this is a healthy way to get out those feelings. People have done it for centuries in all art forms.

I don't think Infectedmike's 'shocking' song is out of line with what metal bands are writing today. It reminded me a little of the stuff Disturbed writes.
