USPS Mail

Hi,

I sent My wife mail (letters) from Scotland it arrived in OHare Chicago on 4th and is processed through sorting department. It is now the 10th and she has not received yet and the tracking still says the same on USPS website that it was processed through Chicago on 4th. Can anyone help ?

Just a stab in the dark, but how about calling the post office?

I just received your wife's letter at my address.

She says she's having a good time and that you should make sure you eat right while she's gone.

If you go to USPS.com and click on "customer service" it will bring up several options.

Under the FAQ's you'll find one that says "What if my USPS® mail/package has not been delivered?" Click on the link there that says "Answers".

From there, click the link that says "Delayed mail report" and fill out the form.

I just did that a week or so ago and they got back in touch with me the same day and I had my mail two days later.
