How to use Bluetooth Voice Recorder with Samsung mobile ?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Star S5282 mobile. I connected to the Voice and Call Recorder for Mobile Phones via Bluetooth, but the voice is not recorded when someone calls me & also I can't hear the voice of the other person on the other line.

Samsung Galaxy Star S5282 mobile supports the following Bluetooth profiles =>
Bluetooth: v4.0, Supported Profiles (HSP, SPP, MAP, AVRCP, GAP, PAN, A2DP, HFP, OPP, HID, PBAP, PBA)

Is EDR profile necessary in order to use Voice and Call Recorder for Mobile Phones via Bluetooth with Samsung mobile ? Shall I buy a mobile which has Bluetooth EDR profile ?
