Identify cut rock

Hello,

Sorry if this is not an appropriate question but I have a few blocks of rock left on one of my properties I need to dispose of somehow and would like to know what they are (they were left by the last renter).

Below are some pictures of them (it was raining on the day so they are a little wet in some areas), they are cut 2m x 1m x 1m blocks, once I know what they are I guess I can estimate the weight etc.

Thank you for any assistance and if this is not appropriate please let me know and I will remove.

Cheers,
Greg.

@gregburns,
Looks something like Portland Stone to me.....

Tell me, was the last renter a sculptor of some kind? Portland style stone is excellent for sculpting.

@gregburns,
It could be anything of a dense carbonate. Its kinda porous though. (It asctually looks more like concrete slb). If you say you've got 2 cubic meters of concrete then its about 4800 kg , or about 10600lb (2.204 lbs per kg). Limestone is (avg) 2600 kg/M^3 or 52oo Kg (11500 lb)
So you've got a 5 to 5 1/2 ton hunk there. A normal Sky Trac can handle that. Shouldn't be much trouble since they've got a wooden brace holding it off the ground.

When you take pictures you should put something scaleable in the picture, (A hat, a lunchbox etc)
