I had heard from my friend that if your hair is too easy to get oily, you can put a little white vineger into the water before you wash your hair.I wander whether it is true. And why?

White vinegar is an old remedy for cutting product buildup out of your hair. It might help, and it really can't hurt.

Nope, the vinegar will make your hair appear oilier. Vinegar will give your hair shine, but if you have oily hair, it will only make it look more oilier.
Use a dry brush technique. If your hair is dark, brush through a very small amount of cocoa, and if it's light use corn starch.
The only way to stop producing too much oil on your scalp is to stop washing your hair every day with shampoo.

Vinegar helps your hair to make silky shiny but after applying vinegar rinse your hair thoroughly.

The vitamins, minerals and enzymes present in aloe vera are very helpful for getting rid of oily hair. Aloe vera helps detoxify the scalp of impurities and control oil secretion, while also nourishing your hair roots. Plus, the gentle and soothing nature of aloe vera will keep your hair healthy.

You can avoid eating too much spicy and greasy food, and don't touch your hair with your hands fluently.

When you shower and wash hair more than once a day it strips oils from your hair. Over-washing tricks glands into producing even more oil. To keep hair fresh and bouncy looking, shower in the morning. Apply shampoo, lather and let suds sit for a few minutes to penetrate oil. Rinse thoroughly.
