Wow! You really believe this stuff, gunga?

First, find a recording of the entire phone conversation with Ashton, and you will see that it doesn't confirm anything, and merely mentions gossip that was going around. Your video is very cleverly edited to make it sound fact.
Secondly, what's so new about this stuff? And why the big deal about it going viral?

Here on A2K we were discussing this and giving our opinions over a week ago, when Walter posted the entire conversation on the "Coup in Kyiv" thread.

It's only 're-surfacing' now probably because the Putin puppet masters didn't get a big enough worldwide reaction last time, and.....don't forget....
the hastily arranged Crimea so called free referendum is due to take place in just a few days.

The re-edited conversation combined with the biased bullshit that is spouted in your video will only get taken seriously by those who like having their strings pulled.

If you were a carp, gunga, you would probably be reeled in on a daily basis. Then thrown back again, of course.

Hate to say it... Not that Hinkey's slightly more complete version of the call shows anything different from what I described, but the right-of-center media does appear to have been caught napping on this one and there's been vanishingly close to zero mention of it in US media generally. Drudge missed it, FreeRepublic missed it, Fox did cover it but not as any sort of a singular item and I never read about it until yesterday on glp.

But in fact once you know what to look for, it isn't that hard to come up with information. Paet does in fact claim that all available evidence indicates that the Maidan gang was responsible for the sniping and that figures logically in that they would have more to gain from it than Yanukovich would have at the time. Yanukovich's obvious need was to calm things down.

Don't be daft.

The protestors were seriously getting close to the key government buildings and news broadcasts showed lines of police shooting at them as they withdrew.
The Chief embezzler knew that the game was up and his personal power base/financial fortune was at risk.
What was needed was a dastardly tale to put around, to prove that the protestors were indeed evil.

S'funny how civil order was immediately restored in Kiev once the thugs had cut and run.
Teams clinically going into the ex Presidents Private Palace rather than disorganised chaos and looting.

What they found in there more than proves that their runaway President was nothing more than Putin's General Manager of embezzlement iin Ukraine.
