How often should I workout?

How often do you want to work out?
Serveral factors come into play here.
* Weight training
* Weight training of specific muscle groups.
* Aerobic exercise
* Kind of aerobic exercise
In general I'd say:
Weight training 3 times (maybe 4) a week, but take a day off between
workouts.
If you target specific muscle groups, you can get away with more frequent
weight training, but wait at least three days before going after the same
muscle group.
Aerobic exercise can be done as often as you like; give yourself one day off
a week.
Varying the kind of aerobic exercise once or twice a week keeps you from
overuse injuries. For example toss in a session on the stationary bike in
place of a run.

First: Invent a time machine.
Then you can work out once an hour per day. With said time machine, you can maximize your workouts to 48 sessions per day. Sleep is overrated BTW.
