An apple tree yielded a good crop.

Day 1- The grower traded half of the apples harvested for other fruits and consumed 4 apples.

Day 2- Traded half of remaining apples for some vegetables and consumed 3 apples.

Day 3- Consumed 1 apple and gave half of remaining apples to relatives. Grower had 5 apples left.

Calculate original amount of apples. Thank you.

Not algebra.

Started with 11

Gave away 14

Day 1- The grower traded half of the apples harvested for other fruits and consumed 4 apples.
Ended with 28. Started with 64
