Eating disorders

I am interested in any information about literature in the family pertaining to eating disorders. I am an ex-member (born in the family), and I am doing some research into this topic. If anyone has any links or information that would be appreciated.

I am also interested in the prevalence of eating disordered among those who grow up in the family are statistically higher. I suspect it is. Does anyone know of any research done about either of these areas, or have any information they would like to share.

Thank you very much.

@magical junk,
don't know much about it, but feeling happy and loved by yourself will be no 1 I suppose. No guilt, insecurities and other junk in the head...Then, good diet of course - lots of veggies, some fruits, whole grains, low fat and low sugar, no junk...good luck!!!!!!!!!! Smile
