And every song by David Hasselhoff

I didn't know David Hasselhoff sang. Confused

Remember David Soul? He did a horrid song called 'Black Bean Soup'. It was positively terrible.

djjd, I've never known anyone who even knew who Toronto was, let alone someone who actually liked them! It seems that all knowledge of them disappeared at the U.S. border. I only know that one album with Delirous on it, and Lookin' for Trouble, but I used to love it!

he was doglover, in 80's...and it's beyond imagination Smile
Also, when we are with "famous" actors, Chuck Norris singing tune from "Texas Ranger" is also one of the greatest shits of all times...

B-b-b-but I like "Dust in the Wind"! Really!

Hafta agree with you on the "Skate Key" song though, Doglover. Was that the whiny one that went, "I've got a brand new pair of roller skates..." AAAAAARRGGHH!

And I can't believe nobody has mentioned "Kung Fu Fighting." That's gotta be a classic loser.

Brand New Key IS loaded with sexual innuendos, don't ya think?

I rode my bicycle past your window last night
I roller skated to your door at daylight
It almost seems like you're avoiding me
I'm okay alone, but you got something I need

Well, I got a brand new pair of roller skates
You got a brand new key
I think that we should get together and try them out you see
I been looking around awhile
You got something for me
Oh! I got a brand new pair of roller skates
You got a brand new key

I ride my bike, I roller skate, don't drive no car
Don't go too fast, but I go pretty far
For somebody who don't drive
I been all around the world
Some people say, I done all right for a girl

Well, I got a brand new pair of roller skates
You got a brand new key
I think that we should get together and try them out you see
I been looking around awhile
You got something for me
Oh! I got a brand new pair of roller skates
You got a brand new key

I asked your mother if you were at home
She said, yes .. but you weren't alone
Oh, sometimes I think that you're avoiding me
I'm okay alone, but you've got something I need

Well, I got a brand new pair of roller skates
You got a brand new key
I think that we should get together and try them out to see
La la la la la la la la, la la la la la la
Oh! I got a brand new pair of roller skates
You got a brand new key

I can't take any list of worst songs seriously that does not include "The Living Years" by Mike & the Mechanics.

Yuck.

I second that. What an insipid, moronic piece of ****.

My nominee for worst song would be "Brand New Key" by Melanie, from the 1970's.

"I got a brand new pair of rollerskates, you got a brand new key..."

My girlfriend nominates "Delta Dawn" (Helen Reddy?)

Different strokes for different folks!

And so on, and so on........ Smile

I like:
1. We Built This City - Starship
6. The Heart of Rock & Roll - Huey Lewis and the News
12. Kokomo - The Beach Boys
20. Dancing on the Ceiling - Lionel Richie
22. Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue (The Angry American) - Toby Keith (especially the live version)
29. Breakfast at Tiffany's - Deep Blue Something
41. We Didn't Start the Fire - Billy Joel (absolutely amazing lyricism here)
42. The Sounds of Silence - Simon & Garfunkel
44. I'll Do Anything for Love (But I Won't Do That) - Meat Loaf
48. Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da - The Beatles
49. I'm Too Sexy - Right Said Fred (silly, and doesn't pretend otherwise)

The list is BS. Not enough Madonna (everything except "La Isla Bonita" comes to mind).

Maybe...but I like it, probably because I remember it best as the theme to the movie that spawned the series "Kung Fu: The Legend Continues". And, it was very true for the period it was written, during the martial-arts-movie craze.

Eww...Horse With No Name...what about Dust in the Wind? I have a theory that any band named after a city or state just suck.

You suck. Ever heard of Alabama? Ever heard of ANYONE with an album that has EVERY song on it go to #1? 'Bama has, with "My Home's In Alabama". And you have to like a tribute like this.

Yeah, right. And you've proven that you don't know what the hell you are talking about. Most successful live band in history, my ass. Have you ever heard of the Rolling Stones? God, I could spit on an old copy of Rolling Stone and hit ten bands that are better than Alabama.

Enjoy your hillbilly musical fantasy world.

Kickycan, you are a ******* moron. They are the highest-grossing touring band IN HISTORY.

They just finished a tour, & sold out EVERY show. Too bad, since I'd love to have seen them at the FleetCenter.

This says it better than I ever could.

Ooh, they sold out every show? How exciting for all of you rednecks out on the trailor park! Geez, I guess the local Busy Bee parking lot must have been empty on those nights. "I cain't go to the parkin' lot and drink beer with you guys tonight, Jim-Bob-Billy. I got me a real live music show to go to! Gee, I hope they let me and my pet 'coon in! Yeehaaaww!"

On second thought, I will say it. You are a moron.
