What used trucks have the largest extended cab with a full bed?

I'm looking to buy a new work truck, but I'll still need to use it for family and carting employees. A crew cab isn't practical for my uses due to size and maneuverability, so I'm looking for the options with full beds and the extended cabs that offer the most backseat area.
