Some folks in Quebec don't consider themselves part of Canada. What's the big deal?

There's no big deal at all - I was reading the news today and came across the article, and remembering BBB's thread, I thought I'd post it.
I don't see a problem w/ Moore outsourcing his website to Canadians and I don't see a problem w/ Bush driving around, promoting keeping jobs in the US, in a Canadian-made bus.
I read in the paper today that Kerry is travelling in a bus from the same manufacturer.
