The point is that no human is trustworthy; its only a question
of the degree and the character of the temptation
that is necessary to lure someone from keeping his or her word,
but when that happens, as shown by the linked thread,
IT IS TERRIBLE FOLLY, THE MOST EXTREMELY POOR JUDGMENT
to reach out and CONFESS to the defective behavior.

That creates a lose-lose situation
(possibly evoking catastrophic vengeance with PERMANENT results).

Don 't risk more than you are willing to lose.

Ergo: in such circumstances wisdom requires that u KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT.

That will protect:
1. the person to whom u woud confess
2. any other parties involved
and
3. will protect YOU.
