transparency after financial crisis

Hi all, i am writing a paper about tranparency in the banking sector.
As you know, banks were usually secrecy before the asian crisis 1998, but became since more transparent. Im actually looking for a list of TRA SPARENCY measures ONLY taken in a accordance with this crisis. If anyone has some relevant information, paper he would like to share it would be a pleasure to work with it. Of course im also studying the transparency meausures taken since the global crisis 2008, onxe more here, if you have any viable paper, thesis about tbis subject it would be great! Im mostly trying to give an exhaustif list of transparency meausures taken in accordance with the different crisis to illustrate them in a table that would be easY to understand
