Although, taking an epsom salt bath or foot soak is also very relaxing,
and doesn't get into your digestive system that way.
In the 198Os, I floated myself in a saltwater floatation tank
(1,OOO pounds of salt dissolved into the water, to make u ride high)
heated to body temperature in the Spa in the
Golden Nugget in Las Vegas.
It sucked out my limberness and left my joints feeling stiff
for several months, until I re-generated. Accordingly, I 'm skeptical
of the wisdom of getting too close to salt baths.
