(1)what is the mathematical expression for rotational temperature?
(2)calculate the rotational partition function of water at 298k from its rotational constants 27.878 per cm,14.509 per cm and 9.287 per cm.Above what temperature is the high-temperature approximation valid to within 10 per cent of the true value?
