Can someone please tell me how to set the language on a Proscan PLT8088 tablet? I have it set for English but letters come with dashes.
It's like Spanish with the ^ over some letters. I got this for my granddaughter, and am unable to sign into certain websites, because of this language problem.

the above is how my tablet writes. so when you are trying to sign into a webpage, it doesn't recoginise the words.
