Gosh - no I don't pay Nacred. This is a free site - you don't have to pay anyone for just being witty. That's good news for you as well because if you don't get someone's sense of you humour you haven't lost anything.
Fair suck, you spit on me on Wednesday last:
You spurn’d me such a day; another time
You call’d me—worm; and for these courtesies
I ’ll lend you thus much monies?”
Paying outcast while I'm swirling and pining for my money.
Why, look you, how you storm!
I would be friends with you and have your love...or monies.

I think you must ask about this matter to your financial adviser. Because he is the perfect person who can give you the correct advice on this matter.

@stansup,
What's the name of this bank? I think this bank might be worth investing in, since they recognize the proper value of the property, having hired a proper appraiser. And they refuse to allow their clients to get in over their heads on loans they can't afford (unless they turn to wacky schemes involving whining on internet forums) which certainly indicates good business ethics.
