Does anyone know of Rev. Tim Peters??

I'm writing an article about an Evangelical pastor, Rev. Tim Peters, and his links to the Family Care Foundation. He runs a charity, Helping Hands Korea, that helps North Korean refugees in China. He has previously asked Americans to donate to his charity via the FCF, which took a cut of 10%.

If anyone had any information about Tim Peters, Helping Hands Korea, or whether any North Korean defectors have become members of the FCF, I would be hugely grateful. I would, of course, keep all information anonymous.
