REPENT, THE END IS NIGH ! ! !

I predict that the world will end in 2013. Now, you're gonna hafta follow along on this. Aliens will land in the next coupla months, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. They will then begin building a gigantic temporal warp array in the downtown area (will will entail a good deal of urban renewal--Pine Bluff ain't exactly Metropolis). Once they get that sucker warmed up, it will start to pull the planet back into the past. I predict, though, that as the downtown area warms up, the sudden heat, in winter conditions, will cause several local stills to explode, setting the town on fire. When the fires reach the temporal warp array . . . well . . . adios, amigos!
