As a suggestion, develop a list of Christian publishers of children's books, and then inquire what their "writer's guidelines" are. If you have an aptitude you might find a place for your eventual book. I would not base my efforts on being a published author that can survive by writing alone. However, any other Christian involvement might benefit from your writing efforts. Have a bless-ed day.

Homosexuals have a very good reason to be pissed at Christians. I still thought JCboys reaction to this young writer was a little strong, but I understand the anger at Christianity in general.

What does Jesus have to do with modern day Christianity?

Jesus was a guy who told people to sell their possessions and give to the poor. He said to turn the other cheek and not to fight back when people do evil to you. He healed people who were sick, and he gave amnesty to people who broke the law. He attacked religious people and the religious people killed him.

If Jesus came today, it would be today's so called "Christians" in the crowd yelling "Crucify him!" at this socialist society destroying amnesty-supporting friend of homosexuals and illegals.

Presumably max, you are a scholarly expert on the day to day lives of those Americans who call themselves Christians., and to such an extent that you can even predict how Christ might react should he return to this world tomorrow.

You think that by the use of quotation marks you can slide around acknowledgement of your bigotry, but there is no reason to believe (based on your posts) that you believe "Christians" are any different from Christians.

With this post you have made a mockery of all your other posts in which you decry bigotry towards Muslims.

No doubt you will not agree, but it is here for all to see.

Not even close Finn.

First of all, I have a great deal of respect for Christianity as told in the story of the gospel. The character of Jesus in the Bible, a man who stood up to the religious people of the day. He loved the homosexuals of the day and was criticized for having dinner with illegals. He broke the law himself when it was the right thing to do and even made sure it was seen by the religious people (who would ultimately kill him for it). He preached against wealth and for forgiveness and helep for the needy.

If I have bigotry toward anything, it isn't Christianity.

The bigotry toward Muslims on this forum includes

- Stating that Islam is a religion of violence (I am saying the opposite about Christianty).
- Calls to keep Muslim places of worship from being built.
- Accusations of atrocities including child rape leveled against Islam as a religion.
- Statements that the Islamic religion is not part of American Culture.

So Finn, show me where I have said anything of the sort toward Christianity.
