Help in identifying this Painting.

About a month ago, I picked up this painting at a local antique store. I don't know who it is by or even the title of it. The signature is difficult to make out. I've tried several combinations of letters, that I think it reads, but haven't had any luck. If anyone can help, I would be greatful. Thank you.
