How can I learn how much of the issuance of U.S. Treasury Bills, Notes, and Bonds is purchased by the Federal Reserve Banks for their own accounts? How has that percentage varied over time?

Thank you. That does show the total holdings of treasuries by the Federal Reserve. It doesn't show total issuance of treasuries (i.e., government borrowing) so as to show how much of government borrowing is being lent by the FRB or how that has changed over time.
