Yes, I'm also struggling with the 'Montignac and Perigueux', 'Kite & Eagle' question. Possibly got links but can't tie them up. Any clue/nudge will be appreciated. {Assume not a Country?}

They are both towns in the Dordogne (France). Not being able to see the question in its entirety, I can't comment regarding kite and eagle.

Last part of question is 'Find a word that links Balthazar and Methuselah?' Then, finally, find a word, or words, that links all 3 links? {I.E. kite and eagle, towns in the Dordogne/Aquitaine region.}
It comes to mind that Balthazar and Methuselah are types of wine bottles.
At least Montignac has caves (do you see the link?)
For the others, I have to think a bit more..
