My 3year old motherboard got blown up and i had to replace it with a new one but ever since i replaced it my PC has gone the slow route.
Now even 480P video is lagging. I use PC generally for streaming.
If 1. The motherboard is not the exact same model as the old one, and 2. You did not reinstall Windows, then the problem is probably incorrect motherboard drivers from your old Windows installation. You have, in effect, moved Windows to a new computer, and it isn't designed for that.
