It is all about money and power.
In the beginning the Money Changers created the Future Value of Money (driving along exponent and calling recursively itself) and the Modern Money Mechanics (that replaced the gold security standard with debt security standard). And the population was left 'in solar eclipse' and the Money Changers saw that this was great ... and designed the Money as Debt construct ... and started delivering credits to whomever it might be ... no matter whether with or without collateral. And they called this beautiful fraud scheme 'the Global Financial System'.
And the Money Changers said: let there be the Casino Investors in the midst of the Stock Exchange, and let there be the Big Sharks gambling on High Frequency Trading at the Data Centers. And all the money in the world started flowing into the hands of the Money Changers and all the debts (guaranteeing the existence of that money) were at the expense of the Governments (to be read: of the taxpayers). And the Money Changers saw that it was great ... and designed the debt ceiling which was updated and upgraded from time to time ... in order to continue business as usual.
Fraud must go on.
