how does air filters effect the air ?

the air we breath are composed of varying gases aside oxygen which is just roughly 20 % ;using a high efficacy air cleaner filter based ,will that alter in a way the naturally occurring gases composition of the air ?

similar we see reverse osmosis does remove organic natural minerals essential to water by most authors,that it serves the alkalinity and electrons quality of the water etc..

No household filtration system is going to filter out the components of air.

I'd guess Rog that one or some of the more elaborate models might. But why don't we refer Star to Google

Might means exactly the same as might not. Now, if you want to consider smoke, dust, and volatile organic solvents to be components of air, well, I suppose you might be right. Actual gases are difficult to filter, at least in home systems.
