According to the link below, evidence has been found that the entire story of Jesus was fabricated. This is something skeptics have been saying for years, but now, if we are to believe this, it has been conclusively proven.

I'll withhold judgement until I hear their evidence. It makes me suspicious that they want to present all this in a show-like atmosphere rather than just publishing and letting peers have a whack at it.

And while I don't believe that any human being has ever existed who was magical and the son of a supernatural being, I don't have enough evidence either way at this point to decide whether a man did exist who was tagged with those qualities.

What are we going to do with all of the churches? What will become the new social gathering place?

The reality is that the more preposterous a belief is, the greater is the pride in believing in it by its believers.

One CAN prove a negative...but the information in this link doesn't do so.

@rosborne979,
I don't know if Jesus is a fictional invention, but I have faith that Christ is.

@IRFRANK,
Churches should go the way of the golf courses. They should be put to good use.

Say out loud...."there is no live, African elephant hiding in my desk drawer"...

...then open your desk drawer and search it.

If you find no elephant...you will have answered your own question.
