Are we talking ceramic? Straight onto wall? No insulation layer under tiles on floor?

No they wont affect the room temperature alone. What I suggest you do is install an insulating mat before you even put on the tiles. Its as easy as putting the tiles in.

Tiles made from mud (Will look orange in color) are helpful to reduce the temperature. You can also try to insert them in between your concrete roofing.
