HELP HELP! Stink Bugs are coming in my house!

I don't know how to prevent them from coming in or kill them without them flying away or stinking up the place. I'm in northern West Virginia. It's getting colder outside and they've decided my house is warmer. I'm running the AC full blast which has killed or deterred some. What makes it worse, I'm petrified. Please help so I don't have to pack my suitcase.
