For me it's the anthem of my youth. The lead bass opening still gives me shivers and rivets my attention. I think it's a bolero?

The beat was supposedly based on Ravel's Bolero, and inspired by Alice in Wonderland and plenty of acid.

Great song.

Hmmmm.....
Honestly?
I like the darker, more intense beginning of the later version.

The long intro on the original was a bit nerve rattling, tinny, not very relaxing....but, that's just me.
