@zawtunoo298,
640 Ac in a square mile---5280 ft in a mile

So an acre is 5280^2/640 ft^2

15 acres would have an area in ft^2 of 15 times one acre

Now you are purchasing 100ftx100ft (10,000 ft^2) for $25K.

Now divide the area of 15 acres in ft^2 by 10,000 ft^2 and multiply that by $25K .

Hint--check your units.

@zawtunoo298,
Let's do it by cross-multiplication:

We know that 10,000 ft are worth 250,000.00$
How many square feet in an acre? 43,560.

So, 1 acre is worth 43,560x250,000/10,000=1,089,000.00$

Then 15 acres are worth 1,089,000.00x15=16,335,000.00$
