yep, antibiotics are specially inimical to the average liver too. Lots of fruit and veg I suppose. And your beef.

The 'beefs' are quite cleansing actually, Bo, mentally at least. Clary, yes, tons of veggies and fruit and lean meats....I can't get enough of salads these days.

Good luck! At least you can always get a new liver, as my husband did a couple of months ago. I suppose now he can eat and drink anything he likes.

sure, and you can always get a new 'lover' too; but there's no guarantee it will be any better than the 'old' one! Rolling Eyes

I am nowhere near needing a new liver, thankfully. However, new livers can indeed fail, and are more subject to disease than the original model, should the person posessing one revert to the old habits that caused the damage in the first place.
