I got a liquor cabinet full of whiskey, vodka, rum, etc., and most of my long time friends who live around here are not drinkers, so it only ends up aging a few more decades. Most of it must be really smooth and drinkable about now.

Anyone knowledgeable about Grand Marnier liqueur? I have a 375ml bottle that's been sitting in my portable bar for many decades.

I like Bourbon neat--two fingers in a water glass. I restrict myself normally to one and have learned if the burn goes away, you've had too much.

My favorites aren't the cheapest or the most expensive, but they are from the Bourbon counties of Kentucky.

Periodically I'll try some Tennessee Whisky particularly if its untaxed.
