Start/done action is always out there for anyone to observe and break down into events, and it has to be completed before the next start/done sequence can start again. Here are a few examples---

Lift the tab on a coke can/done ---

Flip a light switch/done---

Punch in the first number on a phone/done---

Write the first letter of a word/done---

Put a key in a lock/done---

Button the first button on a shirt/done---

Read the first word in the newspaper/done---

Click on a mouse/done---

Put toothpaste on a toothbrush/done---

Turn a door knob/done---

"When we remember we are all mad, the mysteries disappear and life stands explained." Mark Twain
