Which of the following is an example of a nation exerting its territoriality?
A. increasing access to the Internet in its population

In the question, the use of the word 'is' (Which of the following is an example...) seems to imply that only one of the choices is correct. If the OP cannot decide which one, surely he or she should approach his teacher and say "I cannot do my homework"?
