I give Spector and Specter equal billing, as you can see by my posts. Yep, Cohen and Spector collaborated on the album, Death of a Ladies' Man, sharing writers' credits even. Spector took over the project and barred Cohen from participating at one point. Cohen walked away. The album has some cuts I love and some that seem a waste.
What branch of the military's song did Jerry Lee Lewis record for Sun Records. (army, navy, marines, air force, coast guard)
It's a toughie. Lewis, singer of Great Balls of Fire, recorded The Marine's Hymn.
Okay, new one - who's the original singer of "Hound Dog"? No, it's not Elvis:)
Jesse Belvin, whose one hit recording was "Goodnight My Love." On the last day of his life, Jesse attended a concert in a southern state, prior to which threatening words were said by racists. Leaving that night with his wife, he became involved in a fiery car crash that killed them both. There was never a charge that they were murdered, but it does give pause to wonder.
This young woman was on the verge of greater stardom than she already enjoyed, when a woman that worked for her shot and killed her. It happened in tha state of Texas.
That is correct, dauer. Welcome to a2k.
Thanks. Okay, so now I ask one?
What is the name of the enigmatic guitarist who originally joined Axl Rose in his new Guns n Roses?
I have to think about that one. I used to kid my son it was "Guns, Knuckles and Bazookas."
I want to clarify. My post seems confusing to me. I'm looking for the original guitarist for the new incarnation of GnR. This was recent. And the guy's a strange one.
Nope.
I'm going to give some very blatant hint so that someone else can ask a question. I guess you have to know who he is anyway, but he wears a KFC bucket on his head and a white mask, and loves to play with his nunchukas. And he grew up in a chicken coop. So they say. He loves Michael Jackson, Disneyworld, and slasher films.
Yes indeed. I really can't imagine how the two of them began playing together. Buckethead deserves better than that.
Who originally recorded the song, which appears on the album BOB DYLAN, titled "Highway 51?"
