Printing jewel case inserts

I am making a music CD, and am at the point where the selections are to be printed on the back of the jewel case. How does one print these inserts, especially the tray card and "spines?"

Thanks. I just checked both, and the Avery appears dated. I still don't know how to do the sides. It used to be that you could do it all through Word. Again, many thanks.
