−λ3+4λ2−3λ=−(λ−3)(λ−1)λ=0

eigenvalues found:

λ1=0, λ2=1, λ3=3

The next step is to find a vector v for each λ, such that Av = λv.

This means finding v such that (A - λI)v = 0.
