Can you eat any cheese?
Thinking about dosas as a place to melt cheese on. They're like crepes. I've only made them from a mix from the international market across town, but they were delicious and I want to try them again. A mix of rice and lentil flours, I think. Probably garbanzo flour would work too.

I don't know, grilled cheese just sounds plain wrong, I just see it slipping through the grill. We call it toasted cheese, and a toasted sandwich, which normally contains cheese, is called a toastie. I can't see anyone calling it a grilly.
